Privacy Policy
Last updated: 5 July 2026
designxfory ("we", "us") is a UK-based UX studio. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain English, because that's how we work.
What we collect
- Enquiry details you give us. When you request a call through our contact form we ask for your name, email address, business name (optional) and what you need help with.
- Technical data. Our hosting and security providers automatically log basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested. This is standard for keeping any website secure and available.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange the call you asked for.
- To keep the website secure and diagnose technical problems.
We do not sell your data, share it with third parties for marketing, or add you to a mailing list without asking. Our lawful basis for processing enquiry data is legitimate interest (responding to a request you made) and, where relevant, taking steps to enter into a contract with you.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any engagement that follows, then delete them. Technical logs are retained by our providers for short, standard periods.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete or stop processing your personal data, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@designxfory.com.
Third-party services
This website is served through hosting and content-delivery providers (such as Cloudflare) which process technical data on our behalf as processors. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking. See our cookie policy for details.
